We installed a new EPDM Hertalan roof on the west elevation of the building. Additionally, we fitted two kitchen areas and a laundry room, working alongside Westside Electrical and Grant Anderson Painting. We also removed the old east elevation garage and installed a new building to be used as a spa. This included preparing the area for a hot tub and sauna, completing internal finishes, and installing a Hertalan roof covering. We also installed new drainage from the spa into the existing sewer system.
