First personal house built for Mark and Andrea. The majority of work was carried out by the director and his family, creating a functional family home for seven years. Additional work included converting the garage into a cinema room within a year, featuring new flooring, a drop-down screen, and a surround sound system. A separate standalone garage with a greenhouse was also constructed.
